    Supplier Sourcing

    First of all, for the office stationery, leather goods and promotional gifts, we have several production lines to assure all the orders finished in time and production Quality and Quantity.

    Secondly, for all kinds of products, we provide you reliable trade service.

    We have a team for you to sourcing the factories. They are experienced, professional and knowledgeable. They have intimate knowledge of the marketplace and know where focus on what.

    Inquiry & Quotation

    On our ready items, the quotation would be offered immediately after inquiry received.

    For regular inquiry about our factory products, the inquiry would be replied in 12 hours, and the official quotation will be in 24 hours.

    For the trade products, the inquiry would be replied in 12 hours, and the official quotation will be in 48 hours.

    No matter our factory products, or trade products, we guarantee you the most competitive price, high quality and professional service.

    Sample

    Samples are usually available in 5 days and free of charge except conditions as below. The courier freight cost in collect.

    We would charge the samples fee under the conditions:

    1) Samples made of genuine leather material.

    2) Quantity over 10 pcs.

    3) Mould cost for metal accessories and film cost for the printing.

    4) Additional cost for packing samples.

    Project Progress

    During the bulk production, all the information will be updated and shared with you without delay. You can hold all details on your hands and have a control over your order.

    Inspection and Report

    We execute AQL Quality Standard during the manufacturing process which is the most widely used standard in our products industry.

    Before delivery, all goods will be inspected at least 5 times

    Checking the raw material after they arrived our factory

    Checking the swatches after cutting by mould

    Checking all the details while the production line operated

    Checking the goods after they are finished

    Checking all the goods after they are packed.

    For Quality Control, we own QC department, accept you arrange QC or third part anytime.

    We will provide you the test report and the related certification documentations.

    Delivery and after-sales Service

    Quantity less than 1000 pcs :  25-30 days after receive deposit.

    Quantity more than 1001 pcs:  25-45 Days after receive deposit.

    We can offer supports on urgent delivery for ordered customers.

    Well noted: The actual delivery time subject to the final confirm in our signed sales contract. And the delivery time is from the day when the samples and order confirmed.

    We provide good after-sales service. Any question or needs will be solved well here.
